Compass Real Estate, led by Executive Vice President Patti Reynolds, was founded in 1991 as a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in matching tenants with ideal space for their businesses. In its early years, Compass Real Estate primarily represented Security Development Corporation, a Howard county-based diversified real estate development company - www.sdcgroup.com - and its many retail projects. Today, Compass Real Estate has grown to represent a large and diverse group of clients in the selling, leasing and purchasing of commercial properties.
Patti Reynolds, company Executive Vice President since its inception, has worked in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years, bringing quality and personal service to local, regional and national businesses. Patti represents both landlords and tenants and has worked with clients such as The Goddard Day School, Storage USA, 7-Eleven and Subway, among others (click here for tenant list.) In addition to a broad portfolio of shopping centers and office locations, Patti offers comprehensive retail services to her tenants, including strong relationships with banks, lawyers, contractors, engineers and architects.
